Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination: - Your access to the Services will be revoked - You must cease all use of the Services - We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period - Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect We may terminate your access immediately if you violate these terms.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
